With a population of 4.3 million in Croatia and only 8,000 believers and 2.5 million people in Bosnia with only 700 known believers, our two countries are two of the spiritually darkest nations in the world. This, coupled with the growth of materialism and cultural religion, create a “rocky” soil that makes it hard for the Gospel to take root. But we are trusting God to miraculously create fruitful soil in the hearts of Croatians and Bosnians.

We have four major areas of responsibility as Country Director.

Campus (students at University of Zagreb)

Community (athletes, families, professionals),

Coverage (giving everyone an opportunity to say “yes” to the Gospel)

Care (development, training, well-being of our staff).

Our approach is three-fold:

Winning

• Large-group outreaches and personal evangelism.
• Reaching athletes through Sports Camps and touring teams.
• The Jesus film, creative youth outreaches and Family Life conferences.

Building

• Personal follow-up and small group Bible Studies.
• Training believers for a life-time of personal ministry.

Sending

• Equipping believers to reach their world for Christ.
• Opportunities for short-term summer mission projects.

We have 43 staff. National staff have taken over the majority of the National and local leadership roles. Many of the elders and leaders in churches throughout Croatia and Bosnia are either on our staff or have been trained and equipped through our ministry. At the same time, our hearts are constantly full of sorrow as 99%+ of the people we pass each day don’t know Christ.
